How To seek support/Appointments from us?
Reaching out for support can feel like a big step — so we keep things simple, clear, and at your pace.
We primarily provide support for adults aged 18 and over. If you are unsure whether our services are suitable for your circumstances, please feel free to get in touch.
Step 1 – Get in touch
You can contact us in whatever way feels easiest for you:
- Facebook message
- Phone or text
There is no pressure on what to say — even a simple “Hi, I’m looking for support” is enough.
Step 2 – We listen first
We’ll have a relaxed, informal chat to understand:
- What you’re finding difficult
- What support might help
- What you want (this is person-centred — not a one-size-fits-all approach)
No assessments, no judgement — just a conversation.
Step 3 – Explore support options
Together, we’ll look at what support could work best for you, such as:
- Talking and listening sessions
- Confidence and life coaching
- Practical support (appointments, travel, routines)
- Access to Work or PIP guidance
- Support around sensory, social, or emotional needs
Everything is tailored — nothing is forced.
Step 4 – Sorting funding or payment
We'll clearly explain the options available to you, including:
- Access to Work funded support
- Self-funded sessions (£45 per session)
- Available concessionary rates for individuals receiving benefits, students, and veterans (subject to supporting documentation)
Some services, including Access to Work support, workplace support, workshops, training, and bespoke packages, are individually tailored and priced according to the support required.
We'll always discuss costs openly, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Step 5 – Start at your pace
Once you’re happy:
- We agree a start date
- Set a pace that works for you
- Adjust support as your needs change
You stay in control the whole time.
Important to know
- You do not need a diagnosis to access support
- We work in a neurodivergent-affirming way
- Support is flexible and built around you
- You can stop or change things at any time
