Social Groups & Activity Groups

Connection Matters

Support is not always formal.

Sometimes the most important part of wellbeing is having somewhere you feel comfortable, understood, and able to be yourself without pressure.

Social groups and activity groups can help reduce isolation, build confidence, create friendships, and offer spaces where neurodivergent individuals do not feel they need to mask who they are.

Some groups are peer-led, some are community projects, and some are simply safe places to meet others with shared experiences.

This page highlights some of the social and activity groups we are aware of across the area.

Because sometimes finding your people is just as important as finding support.
