WHERE SUPPORT HAPPENS
NDspt offers flexible, person-centred support across Lincolnshire and online. We meet people where they feel comfortable, home, work, or community. Services include one-to-one coaching, non-clinical counselling, Access to Work guidance, and assisted travel. Support is neurodivergent-affirming, adaptable, and focused on confidence, wellbeing, and inclusion.
TALKING AND LISTENING - NON-CLINICAL COUNSELLING.
Our Talking and Listening sessions offer non-clinical counselling for neurodivergent individuals. We provide a calm, understanding space to explore thoughts, emotions, and challenges without judgement. Sessions focus on self-awareness, confidence, and coping strategies, using person-centred, neurodivergent-affirming approaches, online or in person across Lincolnshire.

ADVOCACY SUPPORT
Our Advocacy Support helps individuals understand assessments, information, and themselves. We guide people through complex processes, ensuring their voice is heard and needs are understood. Support is person-centred, empowering, and neurodivergent affirming, focused on clarity, confidence, and self-understanding every step of the way.
SELF-DISCOVERY AND SUCCESS STRATEGY.
Our Self-Discovery and Success Strategy sessions help individuals recognise their strengths, values, and needs. Through reflective, person-centred coaching, we explore goals, barriers, and practical steps toward growth. Each session builds self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable strategies for personal and professional success, all within a neurodivergent-affirming framework.

NEURODIVERGENT AFFIRMING SESSIONS
Our Neurodivergent Affirming Sessions provide a safe, understanding space to explore identity, strengths, and challenges without judgement. We celebrate neurodiversity and focus on self-acceptance, communication, and wellbeing. Each session is person-centred, flexible, and empowering, designed to support authentic growth, confidence, and understanding in everyday life.
We have other services too
Alongside our core sessions, Neurodivergent Support (NDspt) offers additional tailored services designed to make life more manageable, inclusive, and empowering.
We provide Access to Work Guidance, helping individuals and employers understand funding options, workplace adjustments, and inclusive practice. Our assisted travel support enables neurodivergent people in work, volunteering, or education to reach destinations safely and confidently (limited spaces within Lincoln and Spalding areas).
For organisations and professionals, we deliver training and awareness workshops focused on building understanding of neurodiversity, sensory processing, communication styles, and inclusive approaches. Each session can be adapted for staff teams, education settings, or support services and is always delivered with lived experience, compassion, and practical strategies.
NDspt also offers policy-building support, helping sole traders, charities, and small services create neurodivergent-affirming frameworks. These include custom policies, guidance documents, and accessible communication templates to improve consistency and compliance.
We also provide public speaking and professional engagement, including talks, educational sessions, and community projects. These focus on real-world understanding of neurodivergence, co-occurring conditions, and person-centred practice.
Every additional service is shaped by the same principle: to meet people where they are and create spaces that work with neurodivergent ways of being.
